As nature seasons change, so does beauty. Withheld in nature, we're bonded by where we come from, what we see, what we feel; how we grow up, how we perceive the world around us. This collection was inspired by Mexico and it's ephemeral seasons, like it's culture exhibiting distinctive colors. The way the flowers bloom to seeing them fall as new seasons sweep in, exhibiting a never ending transformation, confirming the ephemerality of life, and beauty. As every other piece inspired by Mexico's natural scenery, La Jacaranda, became a statement piece of the collection. A Jacaranda flower that blooms in spring with it's lilac color, covering the streets of Mexico became a reminiscence of my childhood, and an influence to portray the beauty of life's cycles.
