Letter to the Wearer

Letter to the Wearer

Dear wearer,

These pieces began not as an object, but as a moment — quiet, unhurried. It was carved in wax by hand, guided more by instinct than design. At the time, I did not know what shape it would take. I only knew it needed to hold something still — a thought, a weight, a trace of presence.

What you hold now carries the memory of that beginning. Each curve was touched, not manufactured. Each surface was shaped, not produced. The fire has changed it — as it must — and in that change it has become something lasting.

This piece was not made to decorate, but to accompany. It was made to live with you. To be worn when things feel certain, and when they do not. To be part of your language — quiet, essential, enduring.

Thank you for letting it find its way to you,

With love,

V. Jirash
