Although we offer complimentary shipping, the original shipping cost incurred to fulfill the order is non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution at no cost to you, including all shipping expenses.
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, or damage caused by third parties are not considered manufacturing defects.
