Shipping & Returns

At Virginia Jirash Jewelry, every piece is handcrafted with care. Please review the following guidelines regarding shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Shipping
  • Processing times In-stock items: ship within 2–4 business days.Custom, made-to-order, or pre-order items: ship within 4–6 weeks, as each piece is specially created for you.
  • Carriers & tracking
    Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • International orders & customs
    We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • Delivery responsibility
    Once an order is marked delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or non-collection, we can reship (additional shipping costs will apply).
Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your piece. If not, eligible items may be returned or exchanged under the following terms:

  • Notification window: You must notify us within 5 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or alteration cannot be accepted.
  • Shipping costs:Returns: Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.Exchanges: Customer is responsible for both return and new outbound shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Once returned items are inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method(shipping fees are non-refundable). Please allow standard bank/PayPal processing times.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please email contact@virginiajirash.com within 5 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund (including reasonable shipping costs where applicable).
