We gladly accept returns and exchanges within a 15 day period window from the moment you receive your order. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Our products materials are sourced and manufactured responsibly. We use 925 Sterling Silver.

Silver tarnishes and shows patina over time. Whenever your pieces are showing oxidation, we recommend rubbing them with a cloth and a silver cleaning agent, rinsing afterwards and patting dry; this will remove tarnish and restore shine. To minimise this from happening, store your pieces in the pouch provided, keep them away from household bleach, chlorine, and other strong chemicals.

We aim to manufacture the highest quality products possible. As such, we offer a replacement policy for any piece that is damaged (outside of normal wear and tear) within 15 days of purchase.
